Standard Set-up service:

Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction not only within our stores, but also upon delivery within your home.

When your new purchase is delivered, our delivery team will unwrap all items and where necessary, perform a standard set-up service. When completed, the team will also remove and take away for recycling all product packaging etc, so you can enjoy your new purchase from the moment the delivery is completed.

The cost of performing this standard set-up service is included within our modest standard delivery charge of £35.

Standard set-up service – what’s included:

Our delivery team will upon delivery, perform an ‘unwrap’ and ‘Set-up’ service as and where required that includes:

• Unwrapping of all items
• Fitting all handles, feet and casters
• Setting up standard and ‘lift up’ divan bases
• Setting up tables and chairs if required
• Setting up reclining upholstery, both manual and powered
• Removal of all packaging your goods come in to take back for recycling

Assembly service

Should your new purchase require an assembly procedure more advanced than what our standard ‘set-up’ service provides, then for a small additional charge (see list of charges below), our experienced delivery team will perform an advanced Assemble Service at the same time your goods are delivered, leaving you to enjoy your new purchase completely relaxed and stress free.
